Maternity Photographer Bromley
I am always torn between the simplicity of monochrome and the rich diversity of full colour photographs. But some images just seem to work better in black and white.
Shonagh commissioned me for a ‘Bump to Baby’ package and her family maternity shoot took place in the comfort of her own home. We had planned for some images outdoors but the wet autumnal British Weather soon put paid to that! She was clear in her brief that she wanted to involve her husband and their young daughter – who was about to become a big sister – within the photographs so I set to work to create a session tailored to their requirements.
The family had heeded the advice given in my What to Wear to your Photoshoot guide. It really does make a difference to your resulting images if you are prepared for a quick clothing change or to touch up your lip gloss as the session progresses.
Since these photos were taken beautiful baby Chiara has safely arrived and I’ll be blogging her newborn session soon!
