Bickley Manor Wedding Photography – Kerry & Glenn
It’s been a year since Glenn and Kerry were married in the Drawing Room at Bickley Manor Hotel. If you can cast your mind back as far as April 2012, you may remember that this was the start of the rainy season which lasted much of the next twelve months. Whilst Glenn and Kerry’s wedding day was overcast, damp and miserable outside, it was bustling full of love, celebration and warmth inside.
The wedding preparations were in full swing when I arrived, and I was soon ensconced with Kerry, her bridesmaids Rhiannon and Carly and her lovely Mum in their hotel suite whilst hair and makeup was completed and wedding attire stepped into. The groomsmen – including the adorable Thomas – arrived in a stretch limo full of smiles and anticipation of what was to come.
Glenn and Kerry’s wedding was a small and intimate ceremony attended by close family and friends. I don’t think there was a dry eye left in the room as they were taking their vows – including mine. The couple then celebrated their wedding breakfast in the Anatolian Suite and rounded the day off by dancing the night away; well Glenn made a fine attempt a solo first dance anyway – he really does have moves like Jagger!
