Anyone who knows me knows that I am a kid at heart, and I know where I’d like to end up if I was Alice. I love providing kids party photography alongside Dazzle and Fizz Parties who plan, style and provide the entertainment for amazing kids parties throughout London and the Home Counties.

I’ve photographed quite a few of their parties now, both for repeat clients – where it’s lovely to see how much the kids have grown each year – and for new clients like these who held a stunning Alice in Wonderland themed party in the back garden of their beautiful home near London’s Hampstead Heath.

A Joint Alice in Wonderland Themed Birthday Party

On a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon a tea party tent was set up ready to welcome the White Rabbit, whilst guests were entertained with magical party tricks by the Mad Hatter and Alice herself.

A joint Odiham Cake Company Alice in Wonderland birthday cake for an excited brother and sister provided a spectacular centrepiece to proceedings.

As a photographer I think it can sometimes seem a little difficult to capture the heart of kids parties, you really have to get down to the children’s level and see the magic through their eyes – some people think I’m crazy, but as the Cheshire Cat famously said “We’re all mad here.”
