The Manor House Sidcup
The Manor House in Sidcup (also known as Sidcup Registry Office) is a very popular wedding venue with Couples from Kent and the South East, which is why Mr & Mrs Smith chose it for the venue of their marriage one sunny September afternoon, inviting me to provide the all important wedding photography.
The Manor House is located at the Green in Sidcup and is a stunningly restored Manor House dating back to the late 18th century.

The couple decided to hold the ceremony in the Diamond suite, a tastefully decorated room holding up to sixty guests.
The long sweeping drive at the front of the building is perfect for brides to make a grand entrance, which the new Mrs Smith did with style in her bridal limousine. Once the ceremony was over the newlyweds were guided out via the rear of the building for the traditional ‘confetti walk’ and there are some nearby gardens available for wedding photography.
As the couple were holding the wedding breakfast at Sidcup Place directly opposite the registry office we meandered over and made use of their extensive grounds for group and bridal portraits.
Later in the day the wedding party headed to Greenwich Working Men’s Club for the evening reception, where there was a tower of Krispy Kreme doughnuts served after a traditional East London celebration of pie, mash and liquor.
Many congratulations to Mr & Mrs Smith, thank you for inviting me to be document your wedding day.
