{Bluebell Portraits} Family Photographer Surrey
Beautiful Josie and her parents came to see me for my Bluebell Portraits mini sessions back in April. We were not really blessed with the weather when our session was due to begin and spent twenty minutes in the car waiting for the rain to stop! If you can remember as far back as spring 2013 you will recall it was very wet and very cold which delayed the bluebell season by a few weeks. My mini sessions were planned in advance and luckily the session took place when the flowers were at their peak.
Finally a gap in the cloud for the first time that whole week allowed the sun out of it’s hiding place lighting the stunning blanket of bluebells perfectly.
Josie’s Mum provided some of the props for her session including the fantastic drummer box which was perfect support for the almost sitting Josie, as well as the ‘Hungry Caterpillar’ cocoon set which she wore so well whilst resting (with hidden support from Mum) on a log. I hope to see you in the springtime for your very own bluebell session!
Bluebells are my favourite flowers and they make such an exquisite backdrop for photo sessions in the spring time.
